Our Dairy division takes second place in the Pays de la Loire apprenticeship awards

We are proud to see Agrial’s Dairy Division reach second place in the Pépites de l’Alternance Pays de la Loire awards in the category for companies with more than 1,000 employees. This distinction highlights our collective commitment to apprenticeship programs and confirms our ongoing efforts to welcome, train and support the talents of tomorrow.

Recognition of our commitment

The Pépites de l’Alternance aim to identify and showcase best practices in apprenticeship programs among companies across the Pays de la Loire region. They also provide a benchmark to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

This second-place ranking is a real source of pride for our teams. It recognizes the daily dedication of our mentors, employees and apprentices.

A structured approach to apprenticeship development

Two years ago, we entered the Pépites de l’Alternance competition to benchmark our practices, assess our strengths and identify inspiring initiatives from other organizations. Since then, significant work has been carried out to enhance the apprentice experience across our sites.

2026: Second Place! A result that is far from being a coincidence.

Each year, our Dairy Division welcomes more than 150 apprentices across our production sites, logistics platforms and support functions.
Since the last edition, several concrete initiatives have been implemented:

  • Training and support programmes for mentors at every stage of an apprentice’s journey.
  • Tailored onboarding pathways.
  • Collaborative projects involving apprentices from different sites and functions.
  • An annual satisfaction survey, along with retention initiatives and support for the transition into professional life at the end of the apprenticeship.
  • Active participation in the “Cercle des Pépites”, alongside companies committed to promoting apprenticeship programs in the Pays de la Loire region.

Apprenticeship at Eurial: investing in the future

This award is more than a recognition; it reflects our determination to make apprenticeship a true strategic lever for the future. It contributes to generational renewal, encourages internal mobility and strengthens connections between employees.

Our cooperative model plays a key role in this commitment. As a company deeply engaged with its producers and local communities, we place great importance on knowledge transfer, mutual support and collective success.

Beyond the pride of this achievement, this second-place award encourages us to continue building on values that are central to Eurial: generational renewal, internal mobility, proximity, and the strength of our cooperative model and culture of mutual support.
