Maintenance TechnicianWorking across our 24 industrial sites and visiting cooperative member farms, our maintenance technicians diagnose, repair, monitor, and optimise our installations and processes. They ensure the proper functioning of our equipment… and sometimes save our machines!
Milk Lorry DriverOur milk truck drivers collect milk from our farmers and ensure its quality until it is delivered to our dairies. As the cooperative’s first ambassadors in the field, they are the essential link between farms and processing sites.
CheesemakerAt the heart of our workshops, our cheesemakers transform milk with expertise and precision to guarantee the quality and taste of our cheeses. From recipe mastery to aging, they safeguard our cheesemaking know-how.
Process Line OperatorAt the core of production, our process line operators operate and monitor automated lines to ensure quality and safety. True conductors of the workshops, they oversee the smooth execution of key transformation steps.
Operational Excellence ManagerBased at our industrial sites, operational excellence managers implement continuous improvement methods and support teams to increase efficiency. As change agents, they rally teams around sustainable performance and share best practices to develop our workforce.
Safety ManagerOur safety managers work to protect employees, equipment, and processes. As leaders of the safety culture and prevention points of contact, they ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Factory DirectorAt the helm of our industrial sites, factory directors lead teams, drive performance, and ensure quality, safety, and innovation. Responsible for all site activities, they guarantee smooth operation and sustainable development.
Industrial ControllerClose to the sites and teams, our industrial controllers analyse performance, monitor costs, and support decision-making. As true operational partners, they ensure economic control and competitiveness.
Retail Area ManagerOur retail area managers develop our brands and drive sales in large retail chains. They partner with stores to ensure product visibility and shelf performance.
