In June, we launched our very first Eurial ambassador programme, a pilot initiative bringing together 30 employees from diverse backgrounds and roles across the company.
What is the role of these ambassadors?
The mission of our ambassadors is to share our professions, our company values, and the richness of our career paths, embodying our employer brand both at events (job fairs, forums, classroom presentations, on-site visits) and professional exhibitions, as well as online.
Who better than our own teams to speak about our cooperative culture, highlight our internal skills, and share the pride of working at Eurial?
A First Day Full of Engagement and Exchange
On 24 September, ambassadors from our sites across France gathered at our Nantes headquarters for a day rich in exchanges and positive energy.
The day’s agenda included:
- Reviewing the objectives of the ambassador programme
- LinkedIn training to master best practices for professional communication on the platform
- A friendly, corporate lunch featuring a tasting of Agrial cooperative products
- Smartphone photography training and professional portrait sessions with a photographer
