For the third consecutive year, we gave a voice to our apprentices through our annual internal survey.

The goal: to better understand their experience with us -from recruitment to daily support and their career project- and to gather their ideas to keep improving together.

This survey has become an important milestone in our continuous improvement approach. Each year, it allows us to measure the quality of the experience we offer to young people in training and identify ways to go even further.

 

Valuable feedback to improve the apprenticeship experience

Our apprentices share their views on key topics: their integration, the support provided by their mentors, the tools available to them, and their vision of the future within our company. Their feedback is invaluable. It helps us strengthen our practices and offer a concrete, enriching, and formative learning path.

At Eurial, apprenticeship is above all a meeting between learning and professional experience. Welcoming apprentices means sharing our professions, passing on our know-how, and enabling everyone to grow in a collective, open, and caring work environment. Every year, more than 150 young people join our teams in industrial sites, logistics, or support functions. Their energy, curiosity, and desire to learn are a real source of dynamism for our teams.
