In January 2019, EURIAL acquired the German company ROTKÄPPCHEN PETER (new window) JÜLICH GROUP (138 employees, €40 million turnover), which specialises in the manufacture and marketing of branded cheeses. ROTKÄPPCHEN and RÜGENER BADEJUNGE are two brands of soft cow’s milk cheeses that are very well established in Germany. The DER GRÜNE ALTENBURGER goat’s cheese brand is Germany’s no. 1 brand.
