Privacy Policy 

The purpose of this privacy policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) is to explain to you how personal data collected on this website (hereinafter the “Site”) is used by Eurial, the data controller. This Policy may be modified in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory context or the evolution of the activity of Eurial and in particular with the products and services offered.  For the purposes of this Policy, “Personal Data” means any information about you that directly or indirectly identifies you as an individual.  More information on Eurial is available in the legal notice.   

1. Why does Eurial collect your data? 

1.1 Login and identification data

Creation and management of your personal account

The personal data collected in the form are recorded in a file. They allow you to connect to the website. The data entered on the contact form is necessary to manage your request. The legal basis for the processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures and/or the execution of the contract (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).  The data collected will be communicated to the relevant department(s) within the company Eurial.  They are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, until the deletion of your account; the deletion of your account will take place at your request or at the end of a period of inactivity of this one, namely 2 years as from the last purchase on the site or of the last interaction. 
Website security
We may need to keep computer traces of your visit to our Website in order to prevent and detect security incidents, to secure your Personal Data and our information systems. The legal basis for such processing is legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).  Connection logs are kept for a period of 6 months from the date of the activity.   
Contact form
The personal data collected in the form are recorded in a file. The legal basis for the processing is consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR).  The data marked with an asterisk in the form must be provided. Otherwise, your request cannot be processed.  The Personal Data collected will be communicated to the department in charge of processing your request, depending on the purpose of the request.   The collected Personal Data will be kept for the remainder of the calendar year in which the request was made, plus an additional five years.    Application form The personal data collected in the form are recorded in a file. The legal basis for the processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).  The data marked with an asterisk in the form must be provided. Otherwise, your application cannot be considered.   
  • Option 1 – Application that switches to Job Booster 
The personal data collected will be communicated only to the following recipients: persons in charge of the tool and recruitment within the human resources department of the entity to which you apply, and, if applicable, the manager of the recruiting team. It may also be shared with all AGRIAL Group entities.  The recruitment management tool is a SaaS tool, published by a US-based company (Cornerstone) and hosted in the European Union.  Your data will be anonymised 6 months and deleted 2 years after your application has been processed.   
  • Option 2 – Application managed by the website publisher 
The Personal Data collected will be communicated to the following recipients: persons in charge of recruitment within the company Eurial and/or the manager of the recruiting team.  They are kept for 2 years after your application has been processed.   
Newsletter
The Personal Data collected are recorded in a file. The legal basis for the processing is consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR).  The data collected will be communicated to the persons in charge of managing the newsletters within the company Eurial.  They are kept for the duration of your subscription, until you unsubscribe.   
Exercising your rights
The personal data collected in the form are recorded in a file. The legal basis for the processing is compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6.1.c of the GDPR).  The data marked with an asterisk in the form must be provided. Otherwise, your request cannot be processed.  The Personal Data collected will be communicated to the department in charge of processing your request, depending on the purpose of the request.  It will be kept for the calendar year of the request, plus five years.

2. Details of recipients and retention periods 

2.1 Public and judicial authorities

Personal Data may be processed in the context of managing requests from public or judicial authorities or in the context of communications with any authorities. The legal basis for such processing is legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).  The data collected will be communicated, within the company Eurial or the AGRIAL Group, to the persons concerned by the requests/communications with the authorities, to the support services of the AGRIAL Group, including the legal department, and may be shared with consultants, service providers and/or subcontractors.  It is kept for the duration of the procedure in front of the authority concerned.   

2.2 Clarification of retention periods

At the end of the retention periods detailed in the above treatments, your Personal Data will either be deleted or anonymised. However, your Personal Data may be kept for a longer period of time in so-called “intermediate” archives in order to comply with legal obligations or to comply with applicable legal limitation periods or to safeguard the rights of Eurial until all legal remedies have been exhausted; it will then be deleted or anonymised.   

3. Your rights on your data 

You may access your data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data. Where the use of your data has required your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. In some cases, you may also object to the processing of your data and exercise your right to data portability.  To exercise these rights or if you have any questions about the processing of your data, you can send an e-mail to rgpd.groupe@agrial.com / privacy@eclorsa.com / rgpd@eurial.eu.  If you are not satisfied with our processing of your request, you may refer the matter to the CNIL.
