On the occasion of the PARIZZA 2021 trade fair, in Paris, the FSI team ((EURIAL FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY) welcomed a large number of customers and prospects at its MAESTRELLA stand allowing them to discover our wide range of pizza cheeses which inspire the Maestros, the Storia Maestrella and to sample pizzas made on the spot by our Chef pizzaiolo. Continuing to prove its commitment towards its customers, MAESTRELLA<\/a> also organised a contest on this occasion to win 1000 kg of grated mozzarella.<\/p>\n

This 21st edition was a great success with 9000 professionals presenting at the trade show: bearing testament to a dynamic sector in full rebound. This edition was marked by highly-skilled visitors made up of pizzaiolos, restaurateurs, distributors and key accounts in the commercial catering sector.<\/p>\n
