It is kept for the calendar year of the request, plus five years.<\/p>\n

The data collected will be communicated, within Eurial or the AGRIAL Group, to the persons concerned by the requests\/communications with the authorities, to the AGRIAL Group’s support services, including the legal department, and may be shared with advisors, service providers and\/or subcontractors. It is kept for the duration of the proceedings before the relevant authority.<\/p>\n

Details concerning retention periods <\/strong><\/p>\n

At the end of the retention periods detailed in the above processing operations, your Personal Data will either be deleted or anonymised. However, your Personal Data may be retained for longer in so-called “intermediate” archive databases in accordance with legal obligations or applicable statutory limitation periods, or to safeguard Eurial’s rights until all legal remedies have been exhausted; it will then be deleted or anonymised.<\/p>\n
