For the 38th “Foire aux Fromages” (Cheese Show), the jury of professionals from “Fromagers de France” (Cheese makers of France) awarded the best Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) goat’s cheese, and the Gold Medal and the 2019 Golden Goat Trophy to our Sainte Maure de Touraine Couturier cheese.
