Soignon – No.1 in France and worldwide

Soignon is the world’s top factory for the transformation of goat milk. To maintain its leading position, the site makes major investments every year.

This 300-employee site sees the launch of several new products each year, and also develops new recipes.

Maintaining artisanal savoir-faire

The production of certain products – such as PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) cheeses, entails complying with traditional cheese making practice. One example: Sainte-Maure de Touraine, manufactured at Tournon-Saint-Martin.
