Eurial is recruiting
On average, Eurial invests 3% of payroll in staff training – well above the legal minimum level of 1.7% .
Eurial covers each employee against all of life’s uncertainties (medical treatment, illness, disability, and death). The complementary health plan was created by group employees, who are also in charge of running it.
Each year, Eurial recruits around a hundred employees on permanent contracts, to support its growth. The average length of service (11 years) shows that the company knows how to support and guide the development of its staff.
Eurial is committed to favouring the integration of people with disabilities
The group has signed an agreement with trade union organisations on the employment of disabled people. It encourages the recruitment of disabled people as well as their maintenance in employment by adapting their workstations to accommodate their medical constraints.
In 2012, Eurial employed 88 people with disabilities, which is 5.25% of the workforce. The objective: to reach 6% in 2015.
Cathy, Supply Chain Executive Assistant: "My workstation has been adapted to meet my particular needs, following the precious advice of an occupational therapist, an orthoptist and an IT specialist."
